- Resisters - They try to prevent and protect themselves from change. They sometimes even ignore it. They are overwhelmed by the thought of change and often deny that it exists.
- Accepters - They usually resist at first but eventually go along with the change.
- Embracers - They thrive on change, accept it enthusiastically.
- Innovators - They value change and work to make it happen.
